Went in my storage building last month and found that I am missing a lot of things. I bought locks from the storage facility after three years when I went to open my storage unit a lot of things Was missing a very expensive antique Chippendale chair art tools and equipment I am very disappointed with the storage facility and would not recommend them to anyone.

I actually improve my rating from 2 to 3. After a number of months of having things in storage there I felt a lot more comfortable about the place. It's an older storage unit. The outside is not modern and up-to-date as some of the others are. And for that reason you pay a lot less money. I had a lot of concern of water getting in are other issues that have not happened. We've had things stored there now for about 8 months.

Owners have been nothing but great. Gated unit which is always good.
