Walker Travel & Cruises

Walker Travel may be great for some people, but I wish they had been up front and told me they didn't want my business. Ann was just plain unprofessional.nAnn made no suggestions as to where we could go for our family outing (9 people) but mindlessly went with my first example. She sent a link with a lodging suggestion, but hadn't bothered to find out whether they could actually book the rooms for us. After 3 weeks (two of them when she didn't respond because she was out of town) she finally dumped the whole thing back on us while urging us to not delay in getting rooms since they were getting filled quickly. It wouldn't have been so bad if her suggestions were not suitable or we couldn't afford them, but she just didn't really do anything except delay us.nI noticed that they bill themselves as a cruise agency. Maybe they should just tell other potential customers to go elsewhere. Okay, I'll do it for them. If you aren't booking a cruise or package, go elsewhere

Pointless to visit them unless you're wanting to book a generic tour, or Disney vacation. Nice lady at the front desk but absolutely no help when it comes to planning a custom European vacation. Highly disappointing when you're looking to spend thousands of dollars.
