Can't say enough good things about melanie. She called me not only right after the crash, but she also made it her business to ask questions of my well being and she was very helpful, making sure I was contacted by state farm claims. She then called me over 2 months later on 9/9/20 as a wellness check up to see how I was doing. It means a lot melanie that I could depend on you during my storm. Thanks for being with me the whole time. I definitely recommend matt bodson in van buren. Thank you again melanie it was nice knowing you were just a phone call away. I hope to meet you in person someday.

Melanie is always so helpful, no matter what we need! No one likes to make an insurance claim, but Melanie and the folks at Matt Bodson make it as quick and painless as possible. I, definitely, recommend you call Melanie; she will either handle the situation or connect you to the person you will!

Recently had damage to my home and was so uncertain where to turn. Melanie was so reassuring that everything would be okay and I would be well taking care of. Her knowledge and willing to help and explain everything was such a relief during such a stressful time. So nice to know you have someone to turn to who is willing to make sure you are completely satisfied. She has definitely been our go to person for years. A lifelong customer because of great people like Melanie.
