Clean room/good warm breakfast. Pleasant service.

It was the worst experience. Online said pet friendly. Also so does the desk. I even told front desk I had my puppy. The next morning a man and a woman freaked out on me. And called me a liar. Also continued to let workers scream and yell at customers. Never in my life had to deal with such ignorant and rude people in a hotel. And I worked for one for 7years.

Horrible front desk experience. Young man insisted one room had been cancelled by a phone call from a Young lady. I was insistent that no such call had been made. He insisted that he was right. Asked me to leave because I was being disrespectful. He was wrong about the cancellation and very rude. Never never stay there!nnsisted it had. from a

I work at a choice hotel myself and I was very pleased with how friendly and accommodating the staff is/was. The hotel is beautiful in the lobby and had a beautiful front. Forgive me because I may get her name wrong, but I believe it was Sherry or Sheryl maybe, who checked me in. She was wonderful. She offered me great places to hike and was super friendly. Give that girl a raise! I did check in really late (2:30 am), and it was amazing to be greeted with a friendly smile. The only downfall was the outside room located on the back side of the building. It was kind of sketchy, but the clean room and phenomenal service made up for that. I might suggest adding room numbers to the outside of the doors, it was kind of hard to find my room. HOWEVER front desk DID ask me at check in if I wanted the room on the outside and I did say yes because it was easier to unload my stuff. BREAKFAST was GREAT!

I had a wonderful stay in the room. The service was excellent. The morning breakfast buffet was very tasty. The people were very nice. I give them the highest ranking!
