Clopay is the worst company i have ever dealt with, it took 8 weeks plus to receive the door then they shorted my the major brackets to install the rails and the door had a dent in one of the panels. When i reached out to them they assured me the parts and panel would be sent right out 3 months later after numerous calls and voicemails left to them unanswered the door panel and brackets showed up. I could not open or close my new garage door for three months never buy a garage door through Home Depot or Clopay the one star they received from me is only because I wanted it to register on Google. When you spend close to $3000.00 on anything you expect better customer service than this.

James provided amazing customer service! he was able to help me with a missing track which is usually a special order, but was able to locate one in stock and delivered it on time. Very caring staff.

No contact for 11 days! Placed a Home Depot order for a garage door opener to be installed. Home Depot assured me the appt. would be made within 72 hours. Dont waste your time, get someone direct.

They suck. Don't buy. Shipped the wrong parts and it will be two weeks. Garage door is up but can't open or close. Stuck. Waited for weeks for delivery in the first place and there third party that does the delivery flaked out twice. So now another two weeks. You suck clopay you could have overnighted the tracks. Don't buy.
