I arrive at 4:24 p.m.,I didn't know I had to have an appointment. So I made one while I was there for 5:00p.m. that same day. 5 came and went so did 5:30 when I called to say that would be right out. Their explanation was they were in a 30 minute meeting which ran over with some from the corporate office. Obviously they are more important than customers! Once inside it took 2 jours to resolve my problem, hopefully. However, the agent I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful.

Over the years the people in this office have always gone above and beyond . Whether or not it was the outcome I wanted . The people work so much for their clients . I just can't say enough positive things about the employees at this office . Every single one .
