Altie has been so helpful in planning our vacation. I am, admittedly, one of those nightmare clients who researches every thing about every resort, has a thousand questions, and requests multiple quotes. Altie was super responsive and helpful in guiding me through my self-induced information overload. We haven't had our vacation yet, so I can only speak to the booking process, but Altie knocked it out of the park! I will definitely be using her in the future and recommend anyone planning a vacation do the same!
