I had brought in an unfinished rug Monday, needed it cut down to size and surged and wanted it done by Friday. We were having a heavy sleeper sofa come in Friday night and wanted the rug down before the sofa was delivered. Stephen showed me he had a lot of rugs ahead of me and said that it would be done the following Tuesday. I thought oh well, I'll just bring a couple of guys to move the couch to lay the rug, so no big deal. This man! He called Wednesday afternoon telling me the rug was DONE! He busted his rear to get the rug done for me so we didn't have to move the sleeper sofa around to lay the rug. Stephen is Awesome! He cut the rug to size (9×15) and surged it in less then a week and it looks great! Great customer service, thank you!!
