I highly recommend buying jewelry here! PS: definitely invest in diamond insurance when you buy from them because it WILL save you money in the future should anything happen :)

My fiance bought my engagement ring there. I sent it in to get downsized a few sizes, thinking it would take a few days at most. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks but probably less because their jeweler was ahead. It's been almost a month and they still don't have it. It's a beautiful ring but I would just love to have it back.

We purchase most of our jewelry from Zales in the Jonesboro Turtle Creek Mall and get our cleanings done here as well. Nice staff, they carry quality jewelry. The sales both in-store and online are always great. We will continue to be Zales customers for many years to come.

It seems more like stripers work there then professionals I couldn't believe how much skin they show
