Very clickish meaning that if you don't fit in by others standards then you won't stay long. The park manager Dena is highly influential and not business like on ANY LEVEL! The amount of illegal drugs and the selling of prescription drugs EXSIST within this RV PARK. We lived in this park from 2012-2014 and witnessed all the corruption that went on here. People looking to raise children here would want to reconsider what I have said as it IS NOT A PLACE TO RAISE CHILDREN!!

A friend of a friend lived there. He suffered a long illness and then died there. It was sad. But I saw a few sweetly decorated homes there and spoke with two of his kind neighbors. The management came off a bit heartless, they were impatient with having his belongings removed and my friend was packing while greiving. But, he may not have been a sympathetic tenant in life.

I'm trying to find a place to stay with my 1995 trailer (which is well kept looks nice) doesn't matter how well it's been taken care of . I really wanted to live there ,so quite I have anxiety disorder and panic easily. I would have been happy there. But my trailer was not new enough ! Its just not fair to those of us who have nice looking trailers to be turned away because of age. 30ft. komfort great condition! First is my very good friends live there, it's pretty nice. Quiet most of time, the manager is very nice as well. I also have another friend who lives at the other end of the parknIt is close to a veriety of shopping centers a cinima plenty of places to eat. And space rent is a good price as well.

You will love this quite out of the way camping grounds, easy beach access with amenities...Bet you can't just go only once....
