My husband and I purchased a mattress for our daughter's room and the whole experience was really great. I liked that we could make an appointment and that we were the only people in the store; it made the whole process really easy. The mattress we bought is great quality and came with a 10 year manufacturer warranty. We didn't care for the box frame, but they were able to get us a metal frame instead, which was absolutely perfect and made the bed sit up higher. The customer service is exceptional and calls are returned very quickly. They are all so friendly and they don't try to sell you something you don't want. They told us the products they had and the differences and we were allowed to make our decision without any pushing from them. This is a great place and I'm very satisfied that we purchased from them.

My husband and I went yesterday to the Jonesboro location and met with Brett! He was literally the best and I recommend anyone and everyone to go look for your mattress at Mattress by Appointment! I have literally told everyone about them since I have been there, and it has only been a day!! We were also able to get our mattress the next day! I am truly a shy person but Brett was so awesome to where I wasn’t shy!! The Patterson’s recommend for sure!!
