No Go- I left this place in tears, manager was rude and disrespectful, beware if you are a person of color...classic case of discrimination! The manager purposely showed up over an hour late when I was ready to turn in application at the time we had agreed to meet. RUDE in demeanor, tone, and words. I was not informed of what they had to offer and cost BEFORE being told of the screening process and what I needed to supply...like needing to meet my brother first (co-applicant)...as an AA professional woman with an impeccable BG, highly offended! He wanted a copy of our SS cards in addition to license ...perfect case for ID theft...SSN is on the application, refused to respond to this.

This is s nice quiet, all age community. Homes and RV's are allowed in this community.

Nice place for the location.

This place has improved for the better, since we got a new manager I haven't had my trailer broke into one. The laundrymatt is cleaner and safer! Like it a lot better w the new manager

My friends have lived there for years, and I've delivered their mail, also lived across the street for several years. Place is quiet, and clean
