I reside at the Green Tees Mobile Estates. It is a GREAT community. The Management is excellent. The park is very well maintained. My one and only complaint is that the mail boxes are not secured. People stealing mail left in a box overnight is an on going issue. UPDATE: Green Tee Mobile Estates now does have secured mailboxes! Huge thanks to the management!
Its wind wonderful &everyone is friendly
It's a mobile home park. Complete with all of the problems that mobile home parks have. Rent increase every year effects retired people with limited income. But I have seen much worse.
My grandma is currently moving into this trailer park and I am very pleased with the management and the wonderful community of people who I am sure she will love being neighbors with.
