We had a problem with the GPS on the radio in my car. They said they would get a new radio with GPS on it. Today they put a new radio in my car. DOES NOT HAVE GPS ON IT!!!! That is why we bought that car. They said could not find one with GPS ON IT. So they just put one in the car and said to bad. If this is the way your dealership operates I will not buy and other Hyundai. It is a 2015 Hyundai sonata.
I just purchased my first vehicle from Cavenaugh Hyundai. It was an awesome experience. Their selection is top notch but their customer service is even better. They really care about the condition of the vehicles they sell. If you are looking for a new ride, I cannot recommend anyone better. Well worth the drive to Hot Springs.
Very good experience. Friendly salesman, and great finance manager. They made our transaction smooth and pleasant. Will recommend to others. Love the KIA brand. This was one of the easiest, fastest, and least complicated vehicle purchase that I have ever made. I got the exact deal that I asked for. I did everything by text and email. They brought the vehicle and paperwork to my house. It's a new way to buy a vehicle.
I went to their fall close out sale .. the salesman Josh was excellent keeping within my budget no pressure sales at all... felt very comfortable and the finance guy was nice and able to get me the payment I could afford .. would definitely recommend !!!
