I rented my books from the bookstore. When I went to return my book FedEx lost it- not the bookstore's fault. The bookstore made me pay for it and told me I was responsible for the claim with FedEx. That would not have been a big deal, but FedEx would not except a claim from me because the ASU Bookstore created the label for me. I tried to work with the bookstore to have them fill out ONE PIECE OF PAPER so I could get my money back but they were no help. They never go back to me after multiple phone calls discussing the matter. Very disappointing. Rent books at your own risk.
Had anything and everything a student or parent needs for any occasion. Very clean and bright building.
Good selection of Astate gear. A little pricey but I enjoy browsing when I'm on campus.
Very personable staff!
In this place , everything is very expensive for the students.
