Chili's Grill & Bar

I'm in this restaurant a lot and I normally get great service and wonderful food. Today when my meal was delivered the waitress was two tables away with her back to me. She was talkin to the table about everything under the sun except food. She never once turned around and said hey how's that burger. Well the burger was underdone and the fries were cold. I went ahead and ate it because it wasn't horrible but it wasn't what I wanted. Now after I was done as the other couple was getting up to leave she finally turned around and asked how my meal was and I told her just what I said a moment ago and she said well why didn't you say something I said you spoke to that other table the entire time I was eating and never gave me a second thought

The food Jeff cooked was Awesome and our waiter CJ was fantastic. Love eating there.

Ordered burgers for delivery last week.. They came with no buns.. Last night, ordered bacon cheese burger, well done. Came with bun, cheese & under cooked patty, no veggies..

Great food, no wait to sit at the bar and eat! Great waitstaff
