O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

Not a fan of the kitchen in this particular O'Charleys. Certain dishes are not made the same as at other locations such as dishes with chicken. They always taste different here. Also appetizers are not plates the same as suggested by photo. Of course once I asked the server she fixed it right away but I still feel as if food quality is not up to typical chain standards. On another note, restaurant is clean and service is good.

They are maintaining social distancing in thedining area and requiring a mask when walking in and out. The steaks were excellent and cooked to perfection. The service was good and pleasant. Overall a very nice dining experience.

We used to come here every other weekend for years. About 6-9 months ago this place started to go downhill, messing up our orders or forgetting something. We stopped going for about 2 months and decided tonight we would try again and tonight was by far the worst ever. My husband’s fries were hardly warm and soaked in grease, not crispy. He didn’t get any honey mustard as requested. And just all-around the food is disgusting now. Unfortunately we will not be coming back especially with the amount of money you spend. I wish this wasn’t the case. I used to love this place.

Eaten here many times. The food and service is always good. Now if they would only serve the Louisiana garlic butter on the prime rib I would be in heaven. Don't forget pie Wednesdays.

Only been there once, and came back after several months because of their delicious ribs. Also to try something new to eat there, unfortunately I won't be coming back because of what me and my woman saw. A cockroach was there.
