QDOBA Mexican Eats

Food was fine. Typical QDoba which I enjoy. Service was poor. The lady serving us was clearly not excited to be working. Barely spoke. Never said thank you. Also we were the only party in the dining area and I realized we needed an extra spoon. I requested one but the two employees were working on a mobile order. They said it would be a second. They never brought me a spoon.

Only give it 1 star because no stars is not an option. I used to love this place, the ingredients were always fresh, customer service great. However, the last 2 (which will be the last) times I ate there, it was awful! Food was cold coming off the line, looked and tasted like it had been there for many hours, the workers seem like it was such an inconvenience to wait on us to charge us for food that I had to pick around in, just to find something decent to eat. Awful!

Qdoba is always a classic. 4 stars and not 5 because the tortillas were off. I don’t know how to describe it. They were just off. They were still good though.

The food is awesome! However, management is less desirable. I ordered online for delivery. The order was completely wrong. An African American lady answered phone as manager of the store in Jonesboro, AR. She explained the machine doesn't fully print the order. Therefore, the order may not be correct. I asked how is it possible to serve online customers without the order printing correctly. She stated being new and doesn't know how to resolve the issue. I requested the store manager information. The lady (manager) disconnected the line on me. Please DO NOT order online from this restaurant. Good customer service is the key to success. Ask Chik-fil-a.
