Find a different Allstate agency to use. This agency has terrible customer service. They pass the buck and blame others for their insufficiency.

The people here are so nice and friendly. They helped me get the auto insurance and then offered to run a free quote on all the other things I had insurance on and I was able to save some money!! They were very helpful!
