I liked that I could complete everything online. I was confused by the insurance requirement, but the onsite manager helped me to understand it. She also told me about their referral and free business marketing plan. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a unit. Of course, the facility is newer and the manager made sure the unit was thoroughly clean before I stored my things.

We had this storage unit back when it was under the name brookland storage unit. Had this unit for over three years and paid $75. I also had a welding trailer that was parked inside the small parking space in the storage unit complex. Around 12/22-12/28 I noticed the storage unit had left the storage complex completely open and I secured. This never happened when it was under the previous owner. Around that time someone came in and stole my welding trailer and welder. Over $3000 worth of property stollen. During that time I tried to make contact with the new owner, seeing as no one managed the brookland “your extra closet” it took them two weeks to get back with me. By then a police report and insurance were under investigation. I was asked to look into getting the surveillance for those dates. It took them two long weeks to get back with “I didn’t see anything” when I asked if they could look past those dates the answer was “no because the camera recorded in still time” . This was not our fault that the welding trailer and welder were stolen. The company failed to protect our gear by leaving the gates wide open...anyone and everyone could waltz right in and vandalize and steal and the company would never know?nnInsurance ended up paying us $2,000 which is a joke seeing as the welder &trailer were more then that. The fact that this company seemed irritated that I persisted on finding the asshat that stole my gear.nnWe no long rent from them and will never do business with this sh*ty company. They are only out to live off of people. No desire to help or apologize for keeping the gate wide open.nnMost likely the people or person that stole the welding gear were drug addicts looking to make a quick buck. Now I am unable to do any side jobs or finish work projects because of this.nI do not recommend this company.
