OMGOODNESS wonderful experience at a Dental Office. Dr. Was amazing explained procedures in a way I could understand... All the Young Ladies were Friendly.. Sweet...and Understanding!

The nurses and the dentist himself were very friendly and helpful with my 4 year old son who was scared.

I only came here because they offered Medicaid. I had already had some bad dentist experiences but this one by FAR took the cake. The staff at the dentist that I went to before I moved here was very warm and friendly to their patients and talked them through what they were going to do and gave me a break if I needed it. As I was getting my fillings done, I was having such a bad panic attack that I was shaking the whole chair and everything attached to it. I would raise my hand to tell them that the drilling hurt, the dentist (I'm pretty sure they only have one) would shoot me up with some novocaine, and go right back to drilling, not even giving me a moment to calm down. I had tears streaming down my face and I'm 90% sure I started dissociating right there while he was chipping at my teeth like he was carving the Statue of David. That's another thing. I have NEVER had a dentist take the little scrapey tool and literally DIG INTO MY TEETH before but this man was going to town like he was digging a grave to bury a body. It was not a good time, I dont recommend. I also heard screams of children which didnt help my anxiety very much. I gave 2 stars because the dental assistant was nice. When I visited for my checkup she was very talkative but in the good way that made me more comfortable with her. The ladies at the front desk are also very kind. It's just that dentist I guess. I'm traumatized.

Staff are great, the service are great, every single thing is great. Nothing to complain.nnEveryone is easy to approach. Even the doctor is.
