They are always wonderful and always quick with my prescriptions and refillsnAlways so nice

The last time I stopped in they couldn't figure out my insurance information. I was told they would reimburse me the difference from what I paid out of pocket once they figured out the issue. This never happened. Stopped by today and waited over an hour this time for them to figure out after going through 4 people and calling in the main office that they were typing in the wrong code the whole time. All of this could have been avoided in the first place if they actually knew how to download the information online like every other store. Not sure why I came back expecting any difference after the first 2 times. Not to mention how rude one of the employees was to me telling me that I was not giving them the correct information and giving me an attitude both times that she helped me on both visits.

This lady was loading whatever new machine they got with medication and overfilled it and it has fallen on the floor, she nicely picked it up off the floor and loaded the machine/dispenser, she was handling all those pills with no gloves on. I thought if people put those pills in the mouth, its supposed to be handled with gloves.

Good employees.

Everyone tries to tell me how much cheaper everything is at all the other stores.. I know better. I am a fred Meyer enthusiast I love this store.
