Helpful people. Good to always check if there are any conflicts with meds or over the counter products.

Just brought a prescription to get filled and was told it would be 15 minutes, no problem, I went ate 2 hot dogs and came back to a sign. The sign said the staff would be out to lunch from 215 till 245, problem was it was 2 pm..... si now I was left to wait an hour for no good reason. Worst part was a guy behind the counter just ignored me while I waited......not a fan of how they treat their customers.

Today I took my 89 year old mother to to CVS Pharmacy to get a flu shot and a Shingrix shot at the Fairview, Oregon Target Store. Terrible service. I asked if a flu shot and the new shingles shot could be administered at the same time. The pharmacy employees didn’t know anything about Shingrix and told me I would have to talk to the pharmacist to get my answer. Finally, she had enough common sense to realize she should go and ask the question of the pharmacist. The pharmaceutical employee was obviously new and not familiar with the procedure to accurately to ring up the proper immunizations. Finally, reluctantly, and begrudgingly a pharmacist came to help her. In the meantime a long line of people were waiting to be helped and there was only this one person to wait on everyone. We were initially told it would be a twenty minute wait to get the shots and then were told it would be a thirty minute wait because the pharmacist had to sign off on the immunization request. I hope this CVS improves their service because all in all I was NOT impressed!

Really don't know what all the 1 stars are for. Each of the employees almost know me by name here and although there has been some insurance confusion, they are always willing to go the extra mile, help with any questions, and are kind! Favorite place to get my prescription filled.

Absolutely the rudest, most lazy, staff we have ever dealt with. We have 3 sick kids. Had prescriptions for all 3 kids. The girl wanted us to come back on Monday because it was more prescriptions than what she wanted to do (different staff on Monday).nnShe messed up on the insurance and told my wife to just pay cash. Called the doctor and the doctor told her she was entering them in wrong. Hung up on the doctor.nnWe asked for the prescription papers back so we could go some where else and the dumb girl wrote all over the prescription papers. We are never coming back. I will be taking this up with corporate and possibly my atterny.
