Rough, rude, hurried, and disinterested. The technician filed the skin around my nails as much as my actual nails. He left the nails jagged and not shaped properly. He added another layer of polish to the nails that had bumps in the polish instead of removing it, and painted all over the cuticles without removing that either. The woman who waxed my eyebrows was rough and left me sticky, but did a good job at least. Her son was blasting a gaming video on a laptop in the small cubicle the whole time. This was definitely not the experience or service I had hoped for. On the whole, it was a disappointment and I won't be going back.
