I do not recommended using them. And if your things are here I recommend checking on them. We paid our rent this month and went to check on things and found all of our things had been ruined. The back half the unit was 2 inches deep with water. When I went to notify the front desk girl she informed me they had another renter complain about a leaking roof and water in their unit a few weeks before. But said that was in the other end of the units and told me the owner would come take a look. The owner never showed up. Later when he finally called me, he informed me they were not responsible and I should of had renters insurance. He also said the desk girl didn’t know what she was talking about and the roof was in excellent condition. Said the water came in from doors being left open. Keep in mind the water was only at the back of our 20 foot unit. Now all my things and ruined and moldy and I’m out all my things and my money. The owner refused to reimburse me anything. All I ask was for my rent I had just paid back so I could take my wedding dress and letterman jacket to the cleaners (both full of mold). And he said no that’s what the renter insurance I should of had was for. This isn’t the first problem we’ve had. A few months ago a cat kept getting in so the cops cut our lock and we were never notified. Before the front desk put a new lock on it it was broke into. All our boxes of things gone threw, new clothes ripped apart for no reason, and things missing. The more we go through our things the more we find missing. Our whole house was in there because we are in the middle of building and moving into our new house. Now we have to start over or refinish everything. Our unit was located just behind the main office. Do not use these units or if you do get insurance! If your things are here check on them.
