At first they seemed very professional and eager to help my husband and I get a quick claim then after they got our deed back from Missouri, I had called them back, and they couldn't understand me not hear me. Instead of listening orntrying to hear me, a lady decided to put the phone down and start talking about me. She stated that I sound like I had a cotton ball in my mouth. That made everyone in the office laugh, which made me upset. Then they Begin to talk about me and ask the person if I was still there, and hung up. When I called back I apologized for sounding that way and told them that I heard it all. I don't appreciate them talking about me. When you work for the county, I assume your suppose to be professional, but that was not the case for these ladies. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you do have to go there, good luck...
