Regal Stark Street

Nice little theater, not too busy. We got good seats even on Saturday night. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that they weren't cleaning up very well. There were popcorn bits and paper scraps all over, but otherwise it looked well kept. Still a good movie experience. We'll definitely be coming back.

Prefer purchasing tickets at a ticket counter, not at the concession counter...maybe try selling the overpriced treats another way? We just go to this theater because it's close. There are so many other theaters out there, set up much better, we just go here a few times a year.

I took my kids today to see Star Wars. They changed the way you buy tickets now. You used to buy the tickets outside at the window and it was fast and efficient. Now they make you stand in the concession line to buy tickets then you have to pick the seats you want to sit in while you are at the counter. When I got there there were about 30 people in front of me in line. I arrived about 20 minutes before the movie. I was in line for 10 minutes before I moved up 1 spot. I decided to buy my tickets through the app but they add a $5 convenience fee for that. So I powered through. It took almost half an hour to get through the line and get our concessions. We were in the theater 20 minutes after the movie was supposed to start and still sat through 20 minutes of previews. I hate to say it but this is the last time I will go to Regal until I hear they have changed this practice.

Comfortable seating, nice staff. Like all theaters, food is expensive. Bathrooms clean, good movie choices.

No complaints. I love the food, it's gotten better over yrs. And I enjoy nice comfy chairs and surround sound for the movies
