Five Guys

My pickup order there seems to be a longer wait I find in all five guys restaurants over 5 minutes

The moment you walk in, the smell of deliciousness hits your nose, causing automatic stomach growls. The burger & fries are great with, or without a milkshake (I ordered one). The decor is simple & seating communal, while great soundtrack played on sound system, great rock & New Wave (lots of early '80's music).

Last night as we were driving home, we saw your business and were pleased to finally try it out. The young adults working there are very nice. But not the French fries. They were still partly raw, and rather greasy, so I assume the oil was not hot enough. And they were too salty. The chocolate milkshake was not ice cream - probably some kind of mix but with inferior ingredients. I am so surprised, because our son likes his local Five Guys in Virginia.

Its not that the food was bad, it was pretty good. But for a 12$ burger and fries it could have been alot better. I have been here before and its always good. For the price i would rather go to killer burger.

Not sure what happened to this place but the quality has definitely gone downhill. The burger was a soggy tasteless mess. The fries were almost raw. The bag, wrapping, ketchup packets were so covered in oil you could barely hold them . Used to love this place for a fresh tasty burger. Might have to start looking elsewhere for a place that is more consistent.
