I rarely write reviews and usually only do so to brag on the people. But today I will make an exception. I will not bore you with all the details but if you are looking for professionals do not go here. I rented a uhaul from them and I rented a storage unit from them. They messed up the uhaul contract by not verifying the price with me before printing it off and when I countered it was the wrong price she literally threw a fit and tried to force me to pay 50 dollars extra per day because she did not want to correct her mistake. After much wasted time, she finally did it correctly. Then with the storage unit, I notified her that I would not be renting it for another month over 10 days in advance. I needed it only for as long as the person who was getting their things needed it. I was notified they got their stuff and assumed this was correct. It was not until 15 days after rent would have been due that I was notified by Saundra otherwise. I would have been open to helping correct that but Saundra notified me by attacking me verbally. She sent multiple text cursing me, insulting me and yelling at me over text. So I am warning anyone who wants to know, if you want professionals, do not go here.
