Pleasant staff. Like everybody else, have shortened their hours. Only day taken off used to be Christmas-now, do not know. Usually have enough staff to open 2-3 registers, so need to wait outside is usually not long. Masks required, as they should be. Nice selection of spirits
I absolutely love coming into this location. Meagan R. is more than AMAZING! Always polite, always on point with her job and her customers. Working through this Pandemic is hard! She has done a great job watching the door, and making sure everyone is following distancing guidelines This girl works hard and defiantly deserves a shout-out! Great Job, Meagan! Keep it up, Girl! .
This is a fantastic store. The staff are really helpful and always have great recommendations. One of my favorite stores to go to.
Charged me for a paper bag on two separate occasions without asking. On the second occasion, I asked why I was not given the choice if I wanted to pay for a bag or not. The cashier rudely said I needed make the request before the transaction was complete. I politely asked if there was a sign posted making this known.nnThere was not. I asked for a refund, saying I could carry my two 5th's without a bag. She could not do it herself, and needed to get the manager. I left without the refund, knowing I would make a post of the rudeness/unprofessionalisim.
I was helped by Liz! Wonderful customer service! She was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to describe some products and methods to me and I very much enjoyed her insights. Lucky for me, my work is now located very near this store. I hope Liz is there every time I shop at this nice store.
