Large rooms but need work. Excellent location for shopping and one parking spot included which is a nice bonus. Jacuzzi tub is very loud and the caulking is horrible. Rooms need repairs. Burnt out bulbs, broken trim. Tub light quit during shower and left me in the dark to feel my way out. Only time we saw anyone at service desk was at check in. Victorian furniture seems like a nice idea until you sit down, terribly uncomfortable. I'll just leave it at that...

We love coming to Eureka Springs and the Grand Central is one of my favorite places!nThe staff has been great and the restaurant, omgoodness! You just have to try it (shout out to Tony!)! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Great location and that's really it.nnWe reserved the room in advance (last October) for $150 per night so we could be downtown for this year's zombie crawl. Of course it was cancelled but we decided to go anyway. We love Eureka Springs.nnProsnThe bed was comfortable, pressure in shower was amazing and the room had a huge TV.nnConsnWhen we arrived we encountered a fold out table that was placed in the hallway. It turned out to be the reception desk.nnEven with covid it was obvious the room was not cleaned completely. I found a receipt from 2 weeks ago on the floor.nnThe room did not have a kitchenette or sink as advertised.nnYou had to ask for a microwave. There were holes in the walls and the jacuzzi tub tile had a hole next to the spout.nnWe had a good time but for the money you can get an AirB&B.nnWe won't be back.

This is our favorite place to stay eveeytime we are in Eureka, we have been here many times over the last 8 years. It is close to a lot of fun activities within walking distance and the hotel has just a great feel overall. Definitely Recommend

We stayed at the hotel for 2 Nights & the accommodations are great. The rooms are spacious & very clean. The staff is very friendly & accommodating . The restaurant is superb; the presentation & service are the best. If you are staying at the hotel you do not have to go out for dinner as you will not find a better place to dine. Also the entertainment - Piano & Singer - was a great addition and made the evening complete. The hotel is in a great location as it is in the heart of the city. A big plus is the reserved parking as we did not have to move our car for the time we were there. When we visit Eureka again, this will be our choice for a place to stay & dine!
