My wife wanted to go here because it's fancy and had the infrared sauna whereas I just wanted a great massage. Luckily for me I got a great massage, but my wife's was just ok.nnThe infrared sauna was very small for two people and it felt like they didn't really try to make the area around it calming. For example the ceiling light was shining through the door into my eyes.nnAnd the HOT tub was not hot! I was super disappointed to get into a lukewarm hot tub. The staff informed us ahead of time that it wasn't hot, for whatever that is worth.nnI probably won't go back. My wife might. Probably better for fancy people.

If you're in Eureka Springs and needing any type of salon service, you NEED to go to the New Moon. They offer all the Aveda products and more. Their stylists are amazing with all types of hair and color styles. They truly offer any service you could want. Stephani was patient, attentive, listened to everything I said. I have waist length, super thick (think horse hair),wavy/curly hair. She was meticulous in her detail to the color application and got the color exactly how I wanted.nAdditionally, they are paying every strict attention to Covid-19 regulations and sanitizing constantly. I felt safe and protected in the salon.nDefinitely recommend.

My husband and I visited Eureka Springs on a little vacation getaway trip. The staff at New Moon Spa took really good care of us! They went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable, offering drinks and using aroma therapy on me because I had a cold. The couples massage was just what we needed and the staff were very skilled and attentive.

Love this place!! They're very professional but still warm and relaxed. Savannah has done my hair and pedicures for a few years now. I look forward to visiting her each time, she does excellent work.
