This max stop is terrible! For one the wall has been broken down between traffic and pedestrians for idk how long ever since a car hit it. Then there's the stench of piss that nobody bothers to powerwash. Would it kill them to put an ash tray before you walk into the stop? I think that would help smokers litter less.
