I hope a manager reads this and coaches their staff to field incoming calls in a more appropriate way.nnBought my fiancé’s ring here, along with mine.nStaff has been fine so far. Today I get a call at work about picking up a repair on one of the rings. I call back on my lunch break, they answered and hung up... I called back... they answered and put me on hold the next time without saying a word. So I waited a couple mins and Hangul. Before my break was over I called back again only to be answered and hear the phone slam down again without a “hello” or a “hold please.“ Not sure who taught you that’s a professional way to manage a ringing phone, but if you can’t answer it at the moment then just don’t? Why be so rude? Makes no sense. I know that my office phone at work can just be muted if I’m with a customer or something and can’t answer it at the moment, sounds more like someone just didn’t want to do their job and have to talk to someone at the moment.

The most awful experience I’ve ever had trying to buy jewelry. Took them two months to order what I wanted and in the end they still got the wrong size.

Love this location. We have a certain jeweler we go see only and she is amazing, believe her name is Jeanette.❤ufe0f she is always so helpful! Thank you!

Good products and great service. They also offer watch repair and batteries.

I feel so uncomfortable at this location. They literally will follow you or just stare at you until you leave. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It makes me feel like they think I’m going to steal something. I’d rather go to the one at woodvillage. The staff is much more nicer and makes my shopping experience great.
