Dr. Leal and his staff at Arkansas Oral and Facial Surgery at Harrison are amazing. Dr. Leal is very conscientious. He makes you as comfortable as possible. And, he is geniunely concerned if you are in pain. He's removed a bad tooth and completed two implants so far (I'll have another implant next year). I am beyond thrilled with Dr. Leal. He's caring and compassionate, as well as his staff. I definitely recommend this office for any oral surgery.

Amazing doctor and nurses. I was in severe pain, and they went out of their way to help me, even during a weekend. They go above and beyond to help their patients! Highly recommend.
