We’re so sorry, Tina Frey. Joy has been out of town on vacation for 1 month period to visit family and was unaware of why you gave her a 2 star rating. If this was because she never replied to your phone call, she sincerely apologizes for that because she has no coverage out side the country. I first called because I wanted a massage that day. I was politely told she was booked for at least the week. I asked for an available appointment about a week later and received a great massage. Very relaxing and worth the wait!
