Customer service is a hit or miss. The ladies have always been great sometimes just too drained but nothing upsetting. The one guy I see in passing gave me the worst experience the one time I dealt with him to the point I would rather never come back. If it weren’t for the warranty on my jewelry I’d stay away since customer service throughout the store is unimpressive with many associates ignoring customers.nnIf it’s local and you have minimal expectations and would rather associates stay away from you I see no reason not to come.

Red did an amazing job changing the battery in my watch! He also went above and beyond and adjusted my watch band for no extra charge. I felt like he treated my watch as if it was his own and now I will only go to Fred Meyer for watch repair for the rest of my life. This was an amazing experience. Thank you!

Fred or Red idk Ben or something was absolutely awful w his customer service. I miss the old associate Madison she was clear in communication n resolved issues within minutes even if all she could do was explain the dilemma. This other guy hung up on my husband n said he would call back? Never did. I then called n he placed me on hold for almost ten minutes but then put me on the main Fred Meyer phone line so I was redirected... again. I had a simple question. Do you have my ring on hand or does the gold smith? I even said I didn’t care if I couldn’t get it today I just want to know for personal convenience I wasn’t anticipating. My problem was the treatment n attitude when it was truly a simple question I’ve never had problems w in the past. It should have never taken an hour to get an answer w multiple phone calls following after bc I was hung up on or redirected. Maybe he doesn’t know how to put ppl on hold? He is the only male that I know of working there so if you can steer clear of him you should be fine.
