We were on a road trip and needed a dentist for our daughter. They were able to see us the next day and adjusted their schedule to further care for her. All of the staff is friendly, kind, understanding and gentle. Dr. Chad is honest, kind, and “fun” with the kids. He easily established rapport. Back at home we had a negative dentist experience again (we have seen three over the years with our kids) and decided to travel to have our children seen by Dr. Chad. Since our first visit in 2019 we have traveled twice for cleanings and cavity fillings. I would recommend Super Smiles of Harrison, Arkansas to anyone with children. If you live close or far it is worth the drive to know your children are having the most positive dental visit possible. I think the staff and dentist experience is setting our children up with a love of proper mouth care (not a feeling my husband has about his childhood dentist). I would also like to say that I have noticed very little turn over- which I see as a sign of happy employees.
My daughter has been going here for the last three years. We have had multiple hygienists, but two have truly stood out as outstanding. Abigail Nickel and Betsy went above and beyond to make my daughter laugh and feel comfortable during her cleanings.nDr. Chad is amazing with his patients. When my daughter had to have a filling lastly year he was extremely patient with my six year old throughout the entire process.
I am a 1st grade teacher and for years I have listened as so many kids and parents have RAVED about Dr. Chad and his team. As a child, I never liked the dentist, yet kids kept telling me how much fun they had going to THIS dentist. Fast forward three years.....my daughter goes to work at Super Smiles and I had the opportunity to meet Dr Chad and his team and witness this facility myself. Now, I have a better understanding of why this place is so appealing to kids! A dentist with 4.9 stars! (There will always be those rare few who will just never be satisfied no matter how good you are.) Wow! 4.9 stars! That is IMPRESSIVE! Especially in this day and age of ridiculously high expectations. 4.9!!!!! That blows me away! A rating like this has to be EARNED. Dr. Chad and his team obviously LOVE what they do, they are patient and gentle, and they go above and beyond to make going to the dentist as fun as possible, which is a tall order. Man, what I wouldn’t give to be a kid and have the opportunity to love going to the dentist! Well done, Dr. Chad! Well done! :)
Incredible dentist! Dr Chad went out of his way to ensure comfort and safety for our child. We were in and out in a timely manner. Superb dental work. Building and waiting room are amazing. Entire staff attentive and caring. Overall a 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.
Highly recommend Dr. Chad and all his associates! They did an amazing job with my daughter and the kids atmosphere makes it a real fun and exciting experience! My daughter cant hardly wait to go again!
