Aundrea Larios-Jacobs: Allstate Insurance

We have now been with Aundrea for 3 year's and we called around this month just to get some different quotes, and to our Surprise everyone was way out of the ballpark with their pricing! Last year we got a big chip in our front window of our Jeep and it only cost us a $50.00 deductible for the whole glass replacement AND they came to our house! It's just one of the many perks of ALLSTATE! And you get a discount with the Drivewise feature when driving. They have great discounts and great customer service and support on all aspects of your Policy. Like with every marketable Insurance they have rate hikes, but with all the discounts you can get for being a good consumer and paying once every 6 months, you have nothing to worry about. We have 3 cars and our home and no one can beat the price! One of our vehicles is a 2001 and it's only &10.00 more for 6 months for full coverage verses Liability, so all 3 of our cars are full coverage and it's a good feeling. The Staff is exceptional here and would and do anything to help you! I recommend them to anyone! Very nice and clean office,

She is super rude!!!! By far the worst agent! I would not recommend her to anyone. I called her several times for an issue i was having and when she finally called me back she was extremely rude! And told me i was harrasing her.

No issues ever they always have the answers i need. Decent rates and when i need to make a change its usually done same day no hassle and they always treat me with the respect. Im very happy with these ladies glad i found them! Made a claim on our house roof had damage and was leaking last winter. Claim went through and was delt with very quickly and got a full roof replaced and everyone i spoke with was polite and prompt with everything thank you so much!

Always excellent service. I've been contacted promptly when I have called or emailed the office with questions. Definitely would recommend this agency.
