Worst insurance I’ve ever have to deal with. Every time I call I always get sent to voicemail I’m lucky if the receptionist even answers. It seems like every month is something new and disappointing. When I got my policy I wasn’t even explained everything clearly because I’ve been going through bumps ever since .

I work for a major car dealership here in Portland. Whenever anyone I work with is in need of on the spot insurance I always call on Luke for to assist. He is always quick to help and offers insurance service at extremely competitive pricing. I will continue to recommend him to anyone I know in need of insurance and great costumer service!

I honestly wish I could give ZERO stars. This was by far the worst experience ever. For starters we needed to switch accounts we were withdrawing from - which was PAINFUL to get a hold of him to do so - turns out he did NOT switch it over. And this account that we didn't use anymore, had been overdrawn by the Country Financial for months. this happened TWICE. After that, we would receive random letters in the mail saying billing changed and our price double. In that case, I called Luke and after several attempts, he would send me a text or call back days later. Eventually, at the end of our term, I reached out to his office manager an requested a switch of representative. Once this was granted, our to be rep said that part of our insurance was never put into effect – renters and life – but we were just paying for it anyways??? This experience was joke. AVOID LUKE.

Luke is very professional and an awesome help with all my insurance needs. Would highly recommend him as an agent!
