Was a renter of a storage unit. The personnel were both friendly and professional, I never had to call about any issues while I was a tenant. The facility was clean with large areas to move any vehicles around, secure, had modern keypads that actually worked, and was clean. I felt the prices were fair and reasonable and had no problem getting my security deposit back. My auto payment deduction stopped when it was suppose to also. I would recommend this facility to anybody looking for a storage unit. My only inconvenience was that I like 24 hour access and isn't offered here.
They we're nice a gentleman helped lift the U-haul so I could hook it up on the truck.
Excellent customer service, clean facility, always stocked on moving supplies, fast and friendly staff!
