Excellent customer service with Lorenzo and his team at Modern Storage!! I not only have a great climate control unit I also had a free rental truck for four hours to move my things! Facility is extremely clean and along with their excellent customer service there’s no reason to store your personal belongings anywhere else!!! Thank you Lorenzo for your efficiency and the home made cookies!!!
Great venue and first class customer service. So accommodating and friendly—and a super secure location. We are keeping our camper here and Lorenzo has gone out of his way to make sure we are given first class treatment. A great location to store your camper with plenty of space!!!! Really happy I found this place. The other facilities are so cool also, such as the conference room and business suite you can use. Honestly, so impressive. Big shout out to Lorenzo and his team! So friendly. So helpful. And really attentive!!!!
We just sold our house and needed a temporary storage solution while we look for a new one. Eli was very helpful finding just the right solution at a great price. The office is beautiful and inviting. They had free drinks and snacks for our kids while we were busy signing paperwork. The unit was very clean and the facility was very secure. Would recommend to anyone needing storage.
Lorenzo and Eli were amazing at helping me find the right storage space for what I needed at a great price. The facility is very professional, modern and offers you many amenities while you wait. They went beyond great customer experience. They even allow you a truck for any moving needs for your things to be put in storage. That was just a bonus!!
Was looking for a location for car storage. They have a 10x20 that works perfect! I own a business so having access to the conference room and other free amenities is great. I didn't need to use the free moving van but I love the idea. Rates are competitive and lower then some.
