Told girl I wanted a fade from 0 on side to a 6 on top..been there once a month for last five years. Not one to normally complain but really? Her cordless Clippers sounded like they were dying so she went to scissors..for a fade. The Brightside it will grow back at least it's not a tattoo. I give it a 3 because in the past there were no problems.

Long story short- my first visit began with a stylist with blue hair who gave me a terrible cut (see top picture) and made fun of my quarantine trim I gave myself. I left crying and looking worse than I did from the start. I called the manager, Katie that same day who was understanding and invited me to come back to see her. Katie helped me out so much, the cut now looks a million times better. But her gracious and welcoming personality made my second visit exceed expectations. I enjoyed my conversation with her, and I am so grateful to have found my perfect stylist through all of this. 4 stars just bc of my first experience but the manager made it all better! Thanks Katie!!

Said wait 20 mins. An hour later i had to leave with no hair cut.. they have only one person working whole 4 waiting to get a hair cut. Won’t go back because I value my time
