Debbie Adams deserves much more stars than just five! She is always so pleasant to speak with. Debbie is very professional in her job and can answer ever question I have. I live here in California and I am renting the storage unit for my Mother In-Law that now lives in a residential care facility in Arkansas. This was easiest move in rental storage unit I've ever had! The Facility was clean and easy to navigate and use. Love this place and If i ever need a storage unit again at some point, I will come back for sure!

I had been with Superior storage before at another location and it's good to know that they have the same great service up here in Bella Vista. Debbie was very helpful, informative and very personable. She explained the paperwork and policies in great detail. The rates are very good here. Highly recommend them.
My renting of the storage was made very easy by the very professional office staff. After completing all the required documentation, which only took a few minutes, they had me setup with a storage unit. I drove to my storage unit to check it out and install my lock. I found the unit to be clean and ready for my storage items. The facility seems to be well secured with keypad entrance and exit. Looks like a great operation.
