I called a couple of weeks ago to get help with our first trip to Breckenridge CO and our first trip skiing. I was basically told by Lynn after much hemming and hawing she didn’t think I would be able to afford it and I really felt like she didn’t have the time or desire to help our 10 person party. I’ve since moved on to another company who is happy to help me and guess what????? We can MORE than afford it. Not great customer service!!!!!

I called twice looking for assistance in booking a cruise. Both times I was told she couldn't help me. I hung up both times embarrassed for even asking. I found this company very unfriendly and unhelpful! Would not go back.

Lien has taken great care of us for our cruise to Greece and Turkey. Can't wait to post pictures.
