I'de give this Agency 6 stars if I could! I have always been one to live by this principle; I would rather have insurance and never need it, than need it and not have it. In the same respect, quality matters and being valued matters. Dan Cheek's Allstate Agency does that! The Allstate Agent, Sydney Ward was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer. She spent a lot of time explaining to us each coverage we would have on both of our Automobiles. Our policy was issued immediately and she was able to confirm the right pricing. We were offered two payment forms and excellent coverage. Having been an Agent/Adjuster and Underwriter with Farmers Insurance years ago, I knew Sydney was honest and sincere with a very high degree of integrity. Insurance is a personal thing and Sydney made me immediately comfortable and showed she cared about our needs. I would highly recommend calling this agency for your Insurance needs. Not only is Allstate a highly rated company, I sincerely feel they care and will always be there when we need them.

Everyone here has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I love that they're always quick to answer the phone and take care of whatever I need right away. They've also always done exactly what they said they would regarding calling/emailing me back.

Leah Cheek and Allstate have been great to work with and help me switch Agencies. They were very excellent regarding a claim we had and we let them handle it and it was over just as fast as it occurred. Great company and great staff. Highly recommend if you need a Agency that cares or you need to save a few $$. Give them a shout!
