Normally very nice but the girl who answered the phone on 10/19/20 at 3:25pm was very unfriendly and didn’t even have the courtesy to say your welcome after I said thank you. Poor customer service, don’t hire people who do not represent Bath and body works well.
Plenty of room to shop, no one was there but us. It doesn't have the same selection as Pinnacle
I drove over an hour to check out this store today. I had a great experience. The cashier was great. The store was organized. I would drive the distance again!
The staff is what makes this store stand out. They are very one on one and knowledgeable. I would choose this Bath and Body over another due to the customer service.
