Warren & I have purchased several homes and vehicles (even while he was overseas) however, we have never encountered such a cluster of mistakes over & over again that we’re out of our personal realtor’s hands. From not following our preferred method of communication, not communicating when paperwork was sent to us that needed to be signed & sent back ASAP, to misspelling my name multiple times throughout the process which required multiple documents redone, and on two separate occasions we were not called back when promised with requested information during this process.
