I accidentally spoke to an agent from this agency on 2/12/2020 who said I had started, but didn’t complete, an online questionnaire for a quote. I explained that I hadn’t gone to their site, but had used a different program that gathers quotes and compares them to your current rates (which other companies couldn’t beat), and that we didn’t want to change companies. We spoke for 8 minutes on the phone, and he said he’d call back later. I didn’t answer his return call later that night because I was busy, and after speaking with my spouse we agreed that we had no interest in changing insurance companies. I didn’t call him back.nnI have received EIGHTEEN phone calls this month (2/12-2/28). This is harassment. Full stop.nnThis might actually be a decent agency, but this aggressive tactic isn’t how you win clients.nnETA: NINETEEN calls as of 4:16pm on 2/28, FIVE of them being between today from 2pm to now.

Farmers Insurance Rogers, AR , managed by Mr. Matthew Emrich has become my one stop shop for insurance, The level of Customer Service is at one that I can only see in a few of Insurance Companies. I was before with this company G..co for over 12 years and the lack of customer follow up made me wonder and started searching for my new Insurance Company, this one rated for me witihin the top 10% .
