As a business owner leasing over 60 different location over my career I would say I would not give more than 4 stars and often times 2 or 3 as once they got the space rented they tended to forget about you. Not so with Sage. We have been in our location for over 17 years with other owners of the location. We were very happy when our building was purchased and Sage was in charge of the location. They really care about their tenants and act promptly to help.

I have been an Office Manager in the corporate world for six years. I have worked with a handful of different property managers during that time. When Sage Partners recently started managing our building it was a beautiful sigh of relief! They came in and did a total assessment on the building, did several walk throughs and decided what the priority list was in order to bring our building up to par with the rest of their portfolio. They took the initiative and went to work, fast! It has been an absolute joy working with Cary and Kristina. Cary swings by weekly just to check in and see if all is well. He is incredibly helpful and a jack of all trades. If we need something, he can fix it! He is very professional and an amazing problem solver. Kristina takes pride in everything she does and it shows by the renovated lobby she designed. I give them both five stars...they have set the bar high!!

Sage is the best in the business. We have been a contractor with them for years. I have seen them work and work on deals to get what the client needed to get them to sign a lease. Ace Contractors would highly recommend Sage to anyone. Keep up the great work!! Cameron White V.P of Ace Contractors

Kristina and Cary are exceptional to work with! Being a remote office manager is difficult, yet with these two, they keep our office running smoothly and operational.
